Easy, hassle-free returns & exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges on all Plantronics, Polycom, Walker, ClearOne, and Clarity products within 30 days of your receipt of the product. Certain promotional trials may have longer return limits if specified on the order.
Within the 30 days, you may return any Plantronics product in its original condition and packaging. Incomplete returns will receive a credit less the cost of missing accessories or packaging. Any exceptions to this policy will be made at our discretion and are subject to a restocking fee. We will issue a full credit for the price of any returned item that meets the above conditions.
Warranty & Repair
All Plantronics, Clarity and Walker products carry a 1 or 2 year warranty. Please contact service@ontarioheadsets.com for warranty support.
Where to ship returns & exchanges
Please contact Ontario Headsets, a subsidiary of Waybrex Inc. for a Return Merchandise Authorization (herein referred to as RMA) prior to returning product to the Waybrex Inc. Distribution Center.
