Order Fulfillment Policy

 

Upon placing an order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation immediately.  If your selected merchandise is not available, you will be notified and alternatives will be offered. It is very important that your spam blocker allow e-mails from Waybrex.com to be received.

 

Unless otherwise requested, all orders will be shipped complete (meaning that if any item requested is on backorder or not available from the same warehouse, Waybrex Inc. will delay the shipment of the entire order until all items are in stock at the same warehouse location). This saves you from having to pay additional shipping costs. You may contact us if you wish to have your order partially shipped or split into multiple shipments.

Our minimum order requirement is $10.00

 

Cancel or Change Order Policy

 

If you must cancel or change an order for any reason, please e-mail us at customersupport@waybrex.com or contact us at 1-800-891-3319. A cancellation or change request is no guarantee that the order will be cancelled or changed. In some cases, we may not be able to cancel or change an order because it has already shipped. If this occurs, we will gladly accept a return consistent with our non-defective return policy, but we will not be able to refund the shipping and handling fees and you will be responsible for the return shipping to Waybrex Inc. We suggest that you use a reputable shipping carrier that issues tracking numbers, so that you can ensure that the item(s) is/are safely returned to our Returns Department. 

 

Shipping & Delivery

 

Shipping costs and transit times are displayed at checkout.  Waybrex Inc. ships only to verifiable address locations in the United States and Canada.  Shipping to PO boxes, military addresses or other countries is not available at this time.  All orders are shipped FOB: US Warehouse.

 

In stock merchandise will be shipped within 24-48 hours on business days. All ground shipments take between 1-7 business days to arrive. Expedited shipping options are available. If you require your merchandise sooner, contact us and Waybrex Inc. will work closely with you to help you meet your deadline.

Payment Options

 

Waybrex Inc. accepts Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, cheque, money order and wire transfer.

 

Credit card and debit card orders with billing addresses not located in the United States or Canada or billing addresses that cannot be verified will be cancelled immediately.

 

All credit card orders require a valid billing address in the United States and Canada.  Waybrex Inc. does not accept credit cards with international billing addresses as these cannot be verified.

 

PayPal orders require verified membership and addresses. Orders placed through PayPal that indicate that membership or addresses are not verified will be cancelled and the payment refunded. 

 

Return Policy

 

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained prior to the return of any merchandise. Please contact Waybrex Inc. Customer Service at customersupport@waybrex.com  to obtain return authorization.

  • An RMA must be requested within 30 days of the invoice/ship date.

 

RMA numbers are valid for 30 days.

 

Products ELIGIBLE for Return

 

  • Defective items are eligible for return within 30 days of the invoice/ship date.

  • Non-defective unopened items are accepted for return within 30 days of the invoice/ship date. A restocking fee of 20% may be assessed.

 

Products NOT ELIGIBLE for Return

 

  • Non-defective opened items are not eligible for return for any reason.

  • Items showing signs of misuse or consumer abuse will not be accepted for return.

  • Custom Installation products that have been painted are not eligible for return.

  • Products must be returned complete with original parts and documentation along with the original manufacturer's box/packaging.

  • All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and double boxed (i.e., the manufacturer's box and packaging packed inside your shipping box) with the RMA number displayed on the outside of your shipping box, along with the number of boxes being shipped back (i.e., 1 of 6, 2 of 6).
